Phew! Up early today!
It's 6:31 AM. It's very early. It's almost too early...
Still, this is a good thing. I've been sleeping in way to late recently - I often don't get up until 11.00 AM, 12.00 and sometimes 1.00 PM. It's such a waste of time!
Anyway, I decided last night to get up when my brother (who I live with) gets up. He works funny shifts and gets up at silly hours. I normally wake up when he gets up around 5.00 AM, then I fall asleep again when he leaves at 6.00. Then I sleep until 11.00 or 12.00. As I said, waste of time.
So last night I decided that I would waste no more time, and asked my bro' to wake me up when he left. I even set my alarm, and so now I'm up. (Bit of a pain actually - I couldn't sleep last night: was still awake at 3.00 AM.) The kettle has boiled, the tea is brewing, and I've gone through my mail (surprisingly little junk - I guess it all gets sent later in the day...).
This morning I'm going to get on with my current project, then pop 'round to my folk's for lunch and cut their grass. Probably stay for afternoon tea, then back home to do more work.
Got tonnes* of work on at the moment. 2 confirmed web sites, 3 potential web sites (more web applications: one small, one large, and one huge!). Then some potential Java stuff (which I think I'll out-source), a server migration (so fixing a load of broken web sites) and a small bit of windows stuff. Finally, I'm trying to re-do my business site. It's all too much!
Anyway, can't natter here all day! Tea should be brewed so time to get on!
* Tonne, a unit of weight equal to 1000 kg. Not to be confused with a ton, which is 1016 kg (a long ton), or in the US 907 kg (a short ton)

Mang! sounds like you got loads of work, I tell you what, its soooo much better than having "little" bit of work! that's good to hear ;)
You know what the thing with waking up early is, I can do it very easily during the summer, cause the sun is out and everything's up and happnin, even if I have a gastly hangover, I can still get up, HOWEVER in winter its another story for me, its pitch black outside, freezing cold, and nothing seems to be awake, its hard to get out of bed then :p

Hehhe - I'm even worse in the winter! Sometimes I don't get up for days at a time ;-)
I forgot to mention the interesting flash project I have to do too. This chap wants to do a survey online using a form in a flash movie. The form data gets loaded into a database and results graphs are drawn automatically (without reloading the page as Flash takes care of the communication with the db). This should be a cool one - while ActionScript is a bit pants, it's fun doing things like this :-)
